Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at matt@ecatalyst.co.uk. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care items, including Nickels smooth patches.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the product you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
